Deliveries & Returns

Products purchased on are delivered to Canada and the United States.
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering.
SportingGoodDeal sends each Customer an order shipping notification email including, among other information, the package tracking number.
The delivery time of the products corresponds to the shipping processing time plus shipping time.
Standard 3 to 9 days / Express 1 to 2 days
Standard 4 to 8 days / Express 2 to 3 days
Deliveries are mainly made via the services of ICS, FEDEX, PUROLATOR or UPS.
We do not deliver to PO boxes. 
Returns and refunds can be made:
- Either within the framework of the legal withdrawal period , the customer has a period legal 14 days from the day of receipt of the product to notify us of its intention to return it to us. 30 days for BLUETENS devices and COROS watches .
- Either in case of non- conformity of the product or service delivered.

For any return made under the right of withdrawal, the return costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
As part of a return request in the event of product non-compliance, return costs and any reshipment are offered by we will send you by email a prepaid label which will allow you to return the article (s) concerned to us, without advance shipping costs.
Prepare the return package
Use a standard package or reuse the box with which you received the product been delivered. Returned products must be packaged in their original packaging, without having been worn, used or damaged. They should be sent to the following address:

In the case of a return for non-compliance, paste the label printed on your package, the address of our Returns Department is indicated on it.
Sporting Good Deal validation:
All returned products (Product, original packaging, accessories, instructions ...) must be returned perfectly intact.
